MOTOR VEHICLE ACT
[RSBC 1996] CHAPTER 318
"cycle" means a device having any number of wheels
that is propelled by human power and on which a
person may ride and includes a motor assisted cycle,
but does not include a skate board, roller skates or in-
line roller skates;
"pedestrian" means a person afoot, or an invalid or
child in a wheelchair or carriage;
This clearly defines weather you can get a ticket from a
RCMP officer, if he try's to issue one under the motor
vehicle act. Now accompany this with your CHARTER
OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS ACT. That's if any of
you stoned out kids can read, let alone have some kind
of thought process. The ones that wear helmets are
just a bit brighter then the ones that don't. The point is if
it's a public road go ahead, and don't start about
fucking bylaws they infringe on your charter of rights.
Oh wait 99.9% of you will cough some lame excuse out
of your yap, WHY cause your LAZY and can't get the
fucking bong out of ur face that's why. It's written in the
fucking rule book the rcmp's rule book the motor
vehicle act. The above is taken from the Definitions,
does that give a hint just a little bit.
