Longboarding Bylaw

Police have recently started mentioning a bylaw that they dont seem to ticket. I cant find any mention of a Longboarding bylaw for Delta anywhere. Can someone inform me about this.

Did it happen in delta?? Ive been talked to by quite a few cops in delta and we always just tell them that were wearing helmets and being safe and they leave without doing anything.
