skate house in north van

is anyone interested in starting a new skate house in north van??? im thinking the seylynn area again if i can get another place around here. its cool for me cause its right by my park and work, not to mention the stables and seymour...but its also convienent as its right off the highway and seconds from a major bus loop. it would be a place of music and fun times, a couple dishes in the sink here and there and where you can have your friends over to have a hell of a time.
sadly, me and mcgoldrick have been asked to leave our place and i wouldnt mind starting up a real skate house...for real people, not just one that a couple skateboarders happen to reside in

i could settle in some parts of east van as well...as long as its close to a good bus route if anyone knows of any.
