Pipay of the East Coast?

Alright, hypothetically speaking, if there were a freeride in Southwestern Virginia in the US on the level of the Pipay freeride what would be the interest level.
Actually, I know interest would be high, but what I'm curious about is who would be interested in making the effort to attend?
I've been doing some research into holding an event down here sometime next year and just made a bit of a breakthrough on the hill I was lookign at. I'd like an idea of the international interest level for when I go and talk to people about it.
The hill is a little over 3 miles long with between 11-20% grade, multiple drifting corners, sweepers, and picture perfect pavement. All situated in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains.
Nothing happening at all yet, but I'll be pursuing it avidly over the next few months. Let me know what you guys think Coast's interest would be.

haha, for the record, it gets to 20% for a grand total of about 50feet. Average is between 11-14%
