i sure hope so, i would choo-choo-choose paskapoo over Montreal ANY DAY; in terms of the race course at least. the promotion is better in Montreal but that just leads to more spectators; the actual benefits for the racers are BULL SHIT in Montreal. who fucking throws a race and gets cheese-ball fag house djs (im not hating on the music just saying its not appropriate for skate-race after parties) to spin; a party thats supposedly sponsored by a beer company even though shitty beers are fucking 4 dollars each? PASKAPOO ALL THE WAAAAAAYYYYYYY, calgary rocks!!!!!!!!! yeah slackers!

The Paskapoo Downhill Rodeo will happen again this year. Our date is already firm with the venue for the August 16th-17th weekend(not sure what day yet)
Official race announcement and re-launch of website will happen May 1st and will let you know everything you need.
Thank you everyone for your support, after last years race we have struggled very much to get to the point we can say with confidance there will be a 2008 event. People here in Calgary and the whole SLAC crew is working extremly hard to raise funds to pay off debts from last year. Everything from prize money to the deposit for the 2008 event has come out of the organizers pockets, and we are not rich people, some of us have children, and none of us have amazing jobs, but we love the sport and we have had AMAZING SUPPORT FROM THE RIDERS.
I would also like to say that I have personaly spoken with the organizers of top challenge and it will not be double booking our event, so you guys dont have to worry about it anyway.
