just got hit by car!!

so i stopped at a 4 way stop, and all the cars waved me on to cross the road, there was a car at each road in the intersection, so i started to cross, i got 90% of the way across and this old lady comes flying out from behind one of the stopped cars and fucking hits me, i do a full 360 and land on my back on the sidewalk, my brand new demonseed, which ive only rode 3 times gets fucking run the fuck over, the bottom of my deck touched the ground then popped up like 2 feet into the air, the lady got out and told me she would buy me a new board, i insisted that everything was alright, which it is luckly, so we exchanged info and shes giving me $300 to buy a new demonseed, which i don't need, so im thinkin of gettin some jimz trucks or sumthing...im soo lucky im not hurt, anyone else had someting like this happen?
