4th, 10th, Dunbar from king ed (to 10th or to sw marine).
It's a very hilly area. Put on a helmet and go fucking bomb around.
(when it's not snowing...)

10th is sweet and the beach run from UBC to Spanish Banks is my fav. around UBC is good for mellow stuff (Chan Center parkade)
