Ticket for Skateboarding

Alrighty, here's the scoop.
I, Aswell as others im sure, am sick and tired of Getting ticketed for riding my deck down the street. How Unfair is it that you Can fruitboot, Bicycle, and use a gay ass scooter on the streets of Vancouver, but if you Longboard/Skateboard. Your Deamed a Criminal and get a ticket?
Would anyone else be willing to picket one weekend infront of city hall That Skateboarding is Not a Crime??
Something Has to be done about this bullshit.
I want some feedback so I know weather or not this could happen. Please share stories of how you got your tickets, And post some feedback, both posative and negative.

i am willing to picket in front of city hall. skateboarders/longboarders of canada should all plan to picket in front of their city halls all on the same day. we need to get some bylaws in our cities that will not make what we do illegal anymore. they need to put in bike lanes like down in california. as far as i know longboarders are helping keep the earth greener. some of us use our boards for transportation, we use city transit, we should not be punished for making less pollution, we should be treated as everybody else, after all, we're not criminals.
