Khiros Bushings

I'm looking for three sets of Khiros combo inset bushings (2 @ 95a, 1 @ 90a, brass inset preferrably) and then possibly a set or two of brass inset bushings @ 79a just to mess around with.
I've exhausted my channels and haven't come up with anything yet. Anyone know how to get their hands on these in British Columbia?
