Ticket riding home from work.

My roommate go a ticket tonight riding home from work on
Robson. He got it from some ass clown cop on a motorcycle.
$109!!!
He said you're not allowed to ride anywhere in vancouver..not
in on any roads or anywhere...except for in the skate park.
my roommate didnt argue or anything but is going to dispute
the ticket.
can ANYONE give us some tips we can use to dispute??
