Danger bay injury reports!

Clearly there were alot of bad spills at danger bay, I took a
bad one first hand. Going into corner one I was cut off by
a wiggly rider infront of me and I snagged a bail with my
front wheel and was sent flying upside down shoulder/
head first into another bail. I finished the course in some
pain but my adenaline kept me from realizing what
happened. At the bottom I was in real pain and couldnt
move my left arm , I was ent to the hospital for an x-ray
which showed I had snapped my left collar bone in half
and the 2 sides were freely moving around (3rd degree is
what its considerd , only one below fourth which is bone
out of skin) so now im in some awkward thing that holds
my shoulders back for 4-6 weeks... and im prone to injury
for 3 month depending on how it bonds back together.
Pretty lame , really ruins my summer . Ill be back for
danger bay 8 though..
Anyway lets hear about some other injuries I missed? I
was in heat 20 in round one and was gone until the final
mens and womens heats.
by the way this was hard to type with one arm...

I broke my foot and still placed 2nd in my heat. I was still able to walk so I raced my next heat and got eliminated with a 3rd place finish.

i slipped out coming into carnage corner and the guy behind me came and t-boned me right in the ribs... had to get taken to hospital and spend the night on morphene with a bruised kidney and internal bleeding....
was sooooo pissed off coz i missed the rest of the race, and the party! not fair!
oh well next year i'll be back to kick ass...
thanks to the coast family for helping me out and giving me a place to stay coz im not allowed to fly for another week and a half!

im here for another week or so coz i cant fly. staying out on the coast at raggie's place. no drinking, no skating... how much does that suck? ive still got my camera and will be filming, just filmed a quick session with team green this arvo... if you get your crew together im more than happy to get behind the lense, shall give me something to do!
