Rayne NEMESIS

Hey all, i was wondering.... i am saving my money for either a Rayne Nemesis or a Rayne Demonseed but i dont know which one to buy???? i need help... the pictures are on Rayne.com and i would appreciate if you could answer my question. the Nemesis is a 1" drop thru and the Demonseed is a 3".. i would just like a good, fast DH board!!!

One thing to consider is durability. Your board is going to get away from you at some point and crash into something. Drop thru's just aren't as durable for obvious reasons, and you might end up with a crack (which I've seen on many drop thru boards)
Also, the constant twisting forces that are applied to your board from carving are worse for a drop through. Having a hole cut out of your board dramatically weakens the whole ply structure.
Don't get my wrong, I love drop thru's and I don't think you should choose your board primarily because of durability. But I think Rayne is really onto something with the flush-mounted trucks.
Nemesis is my call.
