IGSA Regulations, Are 10mm axles legal?

I have bear trucks with 10mm axles. Are they legal for the Vernon DH?
The regulations are not very clear.

Interesting. I doubt they are illegal it probablyjust hasn't been updated in a long time since it was probably fairly uncommon for people to use 10 mm bearings until a couple years ago.
