Where can I buy a loaded vanguard.

I went down to 1st street today to buy a new Longboard and to my dismay LBC was gone. ("I seem to remember that happening but forgot about it"). Anyways is there anywhere around vancouver where I can get a loaded vanguard? (Preferably a Flex 2)
