looking for a good slide hill

title says it all.. renee and I are looking for a good hill to slide that wont take us and hour to bus to.. east van.. kits..
low traffic preferred (or none at all but thats pushing it i think.. lol)
any suggestions?

Chilco @ alberni. Right by stanley park. It's a dead end. Pretty decent grade, no cars. rock on. Gimme a call if you're going there at any time because I'll be near by.

4th and lakewood isn't bad its a bike path too so cars aren't a huge concern.
