Longboarding banned from pender busses

All school busses in pender harbour have banned long
boards. Long boarding is a way of life here at ph
secondary and without it what are we gonna do. They
banned them from the busses because of a couple kids
who were on the road who almost got hit. So they do this
to try and get kids off the road. Now because they dont
have a bus they have to ride from madeira park all the way
to phss to get there longboards to school. This isnt
solving the problem at all. This is just putting us on more
dangerous roads for longer.
This fucking sucks.

why would they ban them from the bus if the reason they banned them was that a bus almost hit one??? wouldnt it make more sence to get all the boards on the bus so they couldnt almost hit them?

Haha no sooner do I post that that the principle has a meeting in the library for all long boarders ( I'm not realllly into it but I thought I'd go anyway ) and he just talked about safety and the lot. We're aloud back on the buses with our boards for now. And a select few ( 2 or 3? ) kids arent wearing helmets and arent using spotters etc. Hopefully they learned something at our meeting today... Cuz we dont want longboarding getting a bad rep in pender.

No definitely not. Its just the school buses. Theyd never ban em from the shuttles ever. But yeah so just a few hours after finding out were aloud back on the bus with the boards we got told were not again :$ Im tired of this shitttt
