Classic Rides

Hey Guys, an old newbie here. Picked up a Landyachtz Flex Wedge and want to carve up a few hills. I've been cruising around locally, but want to expand and explore.
I've been scouring the web and can't find any resource for "classic rides" in Vancouver.
Where's good for a nice session with some not-too-steep hills? (and preferably no traffic!)
