Help Me Design my Custom Leathers

Hey everyone, this is a repost of a thread I made on the fish, but I wanted to post it here as well, because there are a lot of experienced guys here and I'd love to hear from you.
"Nope, I'm not getting Syeds or NJKs.
Some of you may have read the topic about the custom leathers available on Ebay in another thread here, and I've decided I'm going to give them a shot. Now all I need to do is tell them exactly what I want and get a quote.
I sent them a preliminary message asking exactly how customizable their suits really are, and from the response I got back, it seems like they will pretty much do anything for you.
I know a lot of people will probably warn me about the quality of the suit, and I'm aware of that. Just from looking at their feedback, everyone buying leather from them seems satisfied and the price is unbeatable. I'm going to probably spend a little extra money to make sure this suit doesn't fall apart by having them spend a little extra time on the seams and whatnot.
If this whole thing turns out to be horrible at least we'll know, heh. If it doesn't, and let's hope for this, then we'll have another source to pick up customs for around 400 instead of double that.
So what I need now is a good design, with all the little things that make skate leathes different from moto leathers.
Here's my list so far. I'm asking everyone who owns customs or knows about them to help me add to it or fine tune it, or just give me some general advice, thanks.
Highest quality leather avaliable
No pre-curved arms
Large stretch panels in the crotch and inner thigh(Kevlar/Spandex?)
Stretch panel behind knee
Stretch panel on inside elbow
Stretch panel in underarm and inside arm area
Large Accordion/Stretch panel on lower back
Accordion/Stretch panel above knee
Double stitching/heavy duty seams
No knee pucks/velcro
No speed hump
Double leather on knees and elbows, thighs, hips? (shoulders? anywhere else?)
Pads of course. (Hard knee, soft elbow, soft hips/thigh/soft butt)
What else?"

I worry about leathers with double seams at the shoulders. We have had a lot of separated shoulders in Downhill. I have had this happen. It seams that the double seam with tough leather pushes down on the joint where the upper humorous meets the shoulder joint. This happens when the skater falls off of the front and both arms get extended fully. Design the shoulders so that when standing, you can fully extend your arms over your head. This should release the stress caused by falls where the riders arms get hyper extended out front.

And no, I didn't try to sell him something. I tried to turn him toward some off the rack stuff that would be affordable and not the cluster-f#$% that the Paki thing would have been.
