Baltimore cop VS skater

I saw this on late night law/news specials and it was about a baltimore cop caught on tape manhandling a 14 year old skater. The lawsuit the kid's family is filing doesn't seem like it will hold up in court, but at least they've taken action and brought some attention to this sort of behaviour.

I did a bit of research and found that he's pretty famous for incidents like this one. I know it's an uphill battle for us skateboarders, but we still have rights.
