Longboarding?

While the snow melts im gettin a start on a essay due after
the break on sports, which is pretty damn general. Can I get
some of your guys input? Where does longboarding fall,
sport, style, need...? Everyone I've asked who doesn't skate
says if it's not in the olympics, it's not a sport, but then what
the hell is it?!?
Appreciate it, lets hope for a heat wave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

longboarding is more of a sport than other things people pass off as sports. if you want a generalized term that is harder to argue with, call it kinetic art. anything that moves beautifully is kinetic art.

longboarding as an example. im not tryin to put
