i got a ticket! i didnt sign it do i have pay

i know there are ALOT of posts about getting a ticket and fighting it...
but the officer who gave me the ticket only wrote SERVED in the box i am supose to sign... what does that mean?
and who do i call if i have a question about it.

all the knowledge you need is there... but not signing it isnt the deal, no.... research, youll see the way. but you only have 30 days to take yer approach.
