Easiest fix for 2ply chunk split off board?

My first board, and landy bamboo totem is my all around thrashing/rain board but I do take care of it, and keep it dryed off when I get home.
A 9inch 2ply chunk got ripped up from the right rail. It's still attached but it's pulled up. How should I go about fixing this? Wood glue and clamps, or some epoxy putty and clamps?

learn how to spell max, and I wouldn't suggest slapping a bunch of fiber glass on there it's pointless, and will make your board really heavy
