Salt Spring Race update

Salt Spring Downhill Longboard Race is a go.
Looks like there's permission from the cops, hay bales, all kinds of prizes, a cash prize pot, professional sports photographer, food, water, coffee, tshirts, PA system for music and commentating, volunteers on board and a lot of you have said you can make it! which is the only reason this is possible!
Sick fast race course.

2 challenging right hand corners.
April 26th, saturday. Practice runs start whenever, qualifying runs start at 10am.
$40 dollar entry.
There is a direct sailing from tsawassen to salt spring Friday april 25th at 10;25pm! It gets in at about midnight. I'm going to do my best to have a mini bus pick up foot passengers at this ideal sailing. There's camp sites galore.
Lots of free ride hills. Big swoopy skatepark with bowls and a spine and pyramid and lines and stuff. google it.
