private hills....

Does anyone know of any, for lack of a better description, "private hills" or runs free of cars and pedestrians.Or any places where you can pay to ride a closed course? Somewhere that is essentially a ski hill for longboarding? Does anything like this exist anywhere in the world? Coz somebody should set something like that up.

haha funny ya mention ski hills for longboarding, there are actually some hills at ski restorts, well at least here there are, that have paved roads up the mountain, and the ski lifts are running all year long. i so in the summer there are hills off limits to public traffic with a free ride to the top.
