I think it's actually a pretty interesting concept - it's a little like pumping (and just like pumping, you're gonna look like a bit of a weirdo doing it), but a lot more focused on your arms and upper body. Looks like it'd be a pretty good workout.
But for that price? No fucking way. You could probably MacGuyver something with parts from Home Depot for 1/10th of the price LY is selling it.
