SAVE DANGER BAY...GOOD NEWS..BAD NEWS!!! RASH

.... First, the bad news: After last year's massive turnout for Jake's Rash on the Saturday of Danger Bay, we've had to look closely at the wisdom of allowing unofficial freeriding at the Rash. Obviously, many people would love to ride the rash, but due to accidents and shuttle problems, we won't be able to hold a casual free ride day on the Rash this year. The only people allowed to race on the Rash on Saturday will be the people who have been randomly chosen to race Striker for cash. Please come out and cheer on the racers, but don't expect to be able to freeride on Saturday.
.....The good news:
And for those of you who know how great a hill it is, we will be holding our first ever official Jake's Rash downhill race on Wednesday May 20th. Registration for this event will be on line saturday april 12th noon!!!
We'll have security, first aid, hay bales, shuttle vans, and course workers to ensure that everyone has a great day on the Rash. We have a permit for the race and we hope to be able to have many more races on this hill in the future.
Please do not ride the rash on Saturday. Come out and cheer on Striker, or one of his challengers......

damn, the freeride at jakes rash was my favorite part
of the weekend, sucks we have to pay 100 bucks to
skate the equivalent , but with time comes
progression, and if a sanctioned race is what we need
in place of rowdy seshes , too keep everyone safe, is
most understandable. Thank you strike and keep up
the amazing work.

or probably 2 pairs of jeans, knee pads and double up on the hoodies with elbow pads as well...something along those lines.
if you dont have leathers, show up in layers but be prepared to get turned down!
