My gf got hit by a car while skating on the sidewalk. The car came out from the alley going way too fast and hit my gf, running over her hellcat and breaking one of the wheels in 2...
the only witnesses around decided to scatter, we got all of his information and reported to ICBC...
any tips on how to handle this, or should it be pretty straightforward?
