Long time gravity sports racer and innovator Jarrett “Dr Go Fast” passed away unexpectedly in March. To celebrate his life Jarrett’s family and friends have arranged a non-religious memorial service. It will be held on Saturday April 18 from 11:00am-1:00pm at the La Verne Community Center in La Verne, California. Jarrett’s parents are making the trip down from Calgary and are eager to meet many of his friends. They have asked everyone to bring photos of Jarrett if possible, so they can see and remember all aspects of his life. There will be an open mic for those who would like to share some memories. Refreshments will be served. Everyone who was a friend of Jarrett’s is invited and encouraged to attend.
The La Verne Community Center is located at 3680 D Street, La Verne, CA 91750. After the service, many of Jarrett’s friends are planning a skate session in his honor at the Chino Skate Park. The Chino Skate Park is located at 14225 Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710
