The newspaper on Salt Spring is doing a piece with a picture BEFORE the race so expect lots of spectators including families with children. Please try to keep swearing and herb smoking to a minimum around the spectators for obvious reasons. Police will be stopping by to check things out, and there will be newspaper coverage and this is my home town!

For directions type "SALT SPRING ISLAND, BC" into google maps.
Once in Ganges (town) on SSI, head west up Rainbow Rd out of town and away from the harbour. Juniper Rd. is on the left.
There'll be signs.
The Garden Faire Campground is on Rainbow Rd. 2 mins from racecourse. If you don't have accomodation, or a place to pitch a tent, better book a spot. (250)537-4346 www.gardenfaire.ca 20 bucks

i agree on keeping the reffer low key, u got no problems with the 1-33 crew, we will leave it at the campsite. look forward to ur race english.
