Powell River Race (Near pender and comox)

For those who don't know, Powell River is a ferry away from both Pender Harbour, as well as Comox.
I'm thinking about planning a race here, on a new building dev. No cars 90% of the time, fresh pavement, and very few neighbours to annoy. The speed is I THINK around 55-60km, and 5 corners or so. There are tons of hills here, but this seems ideal as the lack of cars.
Before I do any serious planning, I'd like to know.. Would anyone be willing to come from out of town to race?
