------------------------------------------

The camp opens at Thurday May 14th @ 1800 hours. The Security crew will be admitting ONLY registered racers (and up to 3 registered) guests) as listed on the DB8 Camp Master List. NO OTHER PERSONS ARE PERMITTED.

The above listed Security people are to report to myself or Steve w upon your arrival. There is separate parking area for staff. Once you set up your tent and stuff, come down to the security booth & fire and you will get a briefing about the camp and expected role as a volunteer. You are not restricted to camp only, you can go into town for food, Slide Comp etc, but it is expected that a lot of time is put in at the Camp. Its pretty chill (except for friday). There is plenty of free time to sleep, make food, wash up etc.

Our duties will be to check names of arrivals against the Master List, and then direct vehicles into the parking area. Parking is marked out, vehicles will only be parked in those areas. A wide FIRE LANE and EMERGENCY VEHICLE clearance is in place and must be kept open.

Once the verified campers are parked, Staff at the Security Booth will collect payments ($30 PER REGISTERED racer, $30 PER REGISTERED guest for the entire weekend). As you collect camping fees, the racer's name and guest names must be checked off and marked as paid. ALL Monies are to be turned over to either myself (Bushman), Steve , or Smitty. A notebook will be provided and must be initialed by the Volunteer handing over the cash.

Friday the 15th is the busiest day, starting at first light and going well into the night, this is the day that 99% of racers and guests arrive. I will need as many of the confirmed camp security people as possible on friday. Thruout the day we also walk the camp, make ourselves food etc.

Saturday we get late arrivals, same drill as above.

once the rush is over, we can settle down at the Security booth & fire. Those who can patrol at night, can join me, as i'm up all night doing perimeter patrols and camp walk thrus. The Security booth is staffed 24/7.

Anyways, thats about all i can think of right now, again, FRIDAY is HELL DAY, thats when the majority of DB8 racers and guests arrive in camp. Thankfully this year admission & parking is strictly controlled.

See you in Camp.

GREG, sent you an email about wed/thurs
