Registered Guests of DB8

Okay so i have just got word that one of my friends who is a registered racer decided he is not going to DB8 anymore, which effin sucks, anyway he had 3 registered guests, can those 3 registered guests of that racer still go to DB8 even though he wont be going/racing?!!! =(
