Sesh in Tsawwasen?

I was thinkin about having a race in Tsawwasen. Nothing official yet, just trying to test numbers and see who is interested. would it be better if I talked to city hall and got roads closed??? im not able to race becasue of my shoulder, i just thought it would be cool to have an event out here because the longboard scene round here seems to be dyin. If not a race, we should start doing more group seshes out here.
