Where to find leathers for a little guy

So my little brother needs leathers. He just turned twelve and is a little shrimp. Everything is too big for him ( size 32 leathers were huge)and besides alpinestars, i don't know where to find his size.
I figured I would find out where Quinn got his, but turns out they were originally a Halloween Costume or something.
Anyway, if you can help out a little guy, and know where to find youth sizes, we'd appreciate it.
