I want to move to Van

Well this has been a long time coming. After spending the week in Van between DB and GR, I've decided I want to live in the beautiful area of Vancouver. I would like to move out there after Vernon, but it probably won't be until the beginning of July.
I was hoping someone might be able to direct me towards some skate-friendly rooms to rent as well as possible jobs. I'm searching the classifieds as well, so I'll let you know if I find something.
