CONEAGE and ROTATING

This is my set up, alligators on my avenger. i took my wheels off when i switching to put on new wheels and saw that 2 of the alligators were coned (other 2 fine).
i know that the back right one was coned so that goes to front left (rotate diagonal), but where should my other coned wheel go to even out? i ride regular if it makes a difference. thanks guys!

think about it, if you were to leave your boards setup exactly the same, but ride the board backwards down the hill to counteract the coning, that will somewhat make the coning on all the wheels equal. so the back right wheel goes to the front left and the front right wheel goes to the back left.

cars rotate their tires like this.
back wheels cross over to opposite front ie: back right front left.
and front wheels straight back ie: front left back left.
