I just moved into the upstairs of this place, it's by phibbs exchange which isn't at all what you're looking for but let me know if you're interested.
looks like the downstairs basement tennants are getting kicked out, because they're obnoxious and do a bunch of stupid shit. I imagine it's pretty cheap, but not totally sure.
