seriously, who wants to rot in jail for minor offences. can we say prison state? besides who wants canada to have mandatory minimum sentancing, its absolute piss. and a huge waste of money to incarcerate all of these non-violent offenders. you want to stop drug dealers and organized crime. regulate and decriminalize. and tax the fuck out of it.
