RIP Don Hartley Memorial Walk & Vigil SUNDAY

strike r posted,

Name is Paul Sewell and was a family friend to the Hartleys, our sons went to St Giles school together and he was also my postman for 5 years.

We are organizing a memorial walk and vigil this Sunday night at 9pm at Sexsmith School (E.58th and Ontario St.) and walking to the Hartleys family home.

Please check the Don Hartley RIP facebook page for more details.

We have the family support from Judy and Tomoko, and they feel it will be great for the boys to witness.

Please support this and foward to spread the word to make this a special event to support the family.

Best Regards

Paul Sewell

I had the privilage of being Don's best friend thu-out our school years. We taught each other to how to ski and He showed me how a skateboard worked. The 12 or so years we hung were a highlight in my life. We have grown apart but I think of Don often...I no longer live in Van but will do my best to be there. My heart goes out to all that are as shocked at this news as I am . We have lost a truly kind soul. R
