free ride allllllllllll day, i think the most runs someone got in was 20? i think the colenol did that!
beauty day, 25 degrees, nice winds at the top of the hill and one of the speed bumps has a hole in it thats flat!

I talked quickly to McKendry last night and what I understood is that there were multiple preliminary time trial runs in packs of eight yesterday and the top four from each group advance to today. Not clear if there are more time trials today for the kids who advanced to narrow it down more?
I caught a few runs by both K-Rimes and Billy Bones that were pure poetry. Skatie Katie too (the females were representing hard!) Corner three I think is the one where everyone was wiping out, and have to saw the sweetest action I saw all day was Josh Rolf mastering it like you wouldn't believe - glided through it like it was merely a wee baby curve in a bike path.
Not trying to sound ungrateful because it's completely amazing to be able to sit here in NY and watch the action in Calgary, but like Flavien pointed out, the advertising on the stream was annoying as f**k. We're seeing on the I'net what they're seeing on the Jumbotron at the race, so guess that's one of the perks of race sponsorship. But when Parrotboy is talking about stuff going on right next to him and all you can see is the same logos you've seen 100,000 times, it's frustrating. Hope today is less logos and more skateboarding.

Zen wins it! I think that Meatball got second, Billy Bones, another guy? and Zak were 3rd, 4th and 5th, the Nico? I don't know, but Zen is The Man in Canada today!
