Rayne Hustler with wheelbite

yo, so i bought a new hustler, and i've been having some issues getting it setup right.
I was originally running it with 50* randal 180's and mini monsters. I was instantly getting terrible wheelbite even with it tight. since then I've tried routing out some wheelwells, using freeride wheels, even topmounting the trucks. After all this, i still can't get the trucks loose enough to my liking (afterall, i want this to be a dedicated carving board).
Anybody else have these same problems? maybe it's just the trucks I'm using? any helpful advice would be appreciated.
