my bearing exploded

The outer and inner rings separated on my bearing and all the little balls shot out, and my wheel came off. I found my wheel in a bush and made a ring out of the busted bearing, but what should I do with the other 3? Should I keep on using them or could they also be faulty? would a good cleaning and lubing help any?

ahh this happens to me all the time. i've got bling on my trucks from exploding bearings. usually it was because they were rusted and just couldn't take any more impact. as long as you clean your bearings it shouldn't happen
