Powell River race - Hill choices

After months of putting it off, I want to finally get a race in Powell River going.
I've got some decisions - smoooootth and windy but not super gnar speeds
- garbage pavement but tight corners and narrow back alley exits
- 2 steep stretches with a bit of a push between them
-14% long hill with a tight 90*, like a 120* corner and 2 hairpins but MUST be ridden at night on like a weekday, very very busy road most of the time.
Or something else steep and fast with decent flow but no challenging corners.
There's ridiculous amounts of shit to skate in PR. Maybe no race, and just a planned freeride that'll be new for most people?
