the first set of slide gloves i had were with a pair of work gloves, cheap cutting board and a blow torch. 6buck set of slide gloves in the end only problem is that even with a total of 1/2" of board in there they would still heat up very fast. but ya check out thoes dark slide puchs that the one guy posted.
