I think we may want to wait till at least spring if we're going to celebrate this anniversary prematurely...
I've done the seawall in winter, and I really regretted it. The dirt and salt make you have to push twice as much. And for some reason it's just not as rewarding or enjoyable when you've got that battering and wet wind hitting you in the face...
