hey i got a ticket recently for trespassing on CN railway property (just cutting through to get to work)
I never signed it.. so I'm told I prob wont have to pay it.
just wondering how I go about getting out ot it since having not signed it is liek saying I never go tit... but if I contest it then obviously I'm admitting I have it. but if I do nothing and it goes past the 30 days they assume i'm pleading guilty.
if anyone could tell me what to do abou tthis it would be great.. ps i think i only have a few days left to contest it.. opps.. last minute lou lou.

you dishonoured it when you didnt sign it, that means you will probably have to pay it...should have signed it 'under duress', then your name...another thing, if you read the trespass act, you will find that to be charged with trespass, you must be on land clearly marked no tresspassing, then be asked to leave, if you do not leave that is a trespass, if you do leave , you are being lawfull, and should not be considered guilty...read the act yourself at ....bclaws.ca......if you received it in BC that is...hope this helps
