Unconing my wheels

Im going to try to uncone my flys, since they are center set, would it be better to leave htem in their spot and flip them, or rotate them?
it looks like if i do a diagonal rotation it's going to cone the same way (both the top left and top right are coning, so if i swap them it looks like its not goign to do anything)

correction, the top left and bottom right, so if they are diagonally switched, nothing would really happen
