LHL rules and regulations

so i know a couple things as i'm pretty new to the LHL actual rules other then passing around a beer can and shotting into a net...some of what i havent mastered like King Brian...YET!
You guys have rad style (coasties) and love playing and hope to get better. What we should know, those who are just getting into it, what the object of the game is exactly. Stu told me at the beginning of the game that you try to score on the net you start at and defend the net that the opposite team is at. Thats all i know..anything else?

to score you have to have both feet on the board and to play the "puck" you have you have one foot on the board, no cheap shit like sticks to the teeth or in the wheels,...anyone else?
