oil for barings

what kind of oil do i need to get my gf so she can oil her barings on her wheels..she cleaned them and we dont know what kind of oil to use any ideas

Sewing machine oil works well, do NOT use WD-40
If you're in Vancouver, you might wanna use some water-proof grease. Damn you, rain!
