about 45 K for like 15 minutes or slower if you prefer. you don't need leathers i am just really stoked for them is all. if your a beginner ill do the first run really slow with you till your a bit more comfortable. just remember a helmet!!

Burnaby was my first serious hill I wiped out about
ten times and the way down. There's a bike path on
the side so you'll be fine I'll go behind you and keep
the cars off you back it'll be a lot of fun.

if you actually managed to fall 10 times in one run on sfu, you definitley shouldnt be skating that hill. theres lots and lots of cars and if you do fall theres a good chance you will get hit.
